Metamorphosis

So, last night, I came home to find out that prime rib was for dinner!  Well, it's interesting, because the FP wanted to do a shrimp berl, but the prime rib was on sale.... So he used corn and mushrooms and stuff.  Then he was going to make mashed potatoes but ended up doing baked potatoes, which weren't ready, so we didn't really eat them.  That was fine, because there wasn't really any baked potato fixins, since the FP doesn't even really like baked potatoes.

It was delicious!!!!  Of course.







So then tonight, the FP turned the leftovers to hash.  Yum!  It looked so good in the pan, but I had an idea....






To add an egg....


Add a little (a lot in the FP's case) Tony's and Louisiana Hot Sauce, and it was just perfect.  Why can't restaurants serve this delicious stuff???

It's funny because we don't like cooking breakfast, and we don't eat "breakfast"  too often, but if we opened a breakfast joint, it would probably be pretty damn scrumptious, don't you think?
